Michael JF Wright Hospitality Case Study

Melanie was originally brought into the Michael JF Wright Hospitality group to lead the re-positioning of the company for expansion into global markets at both a strategic and hands on level. The group consists of nine highly successful bars and restaurants and their superclub The Wright Venue. This involved everything from a brand re-positioning and corporate ID through to digital presence, websites, collateral and tone of voice, to firmly place the group at the forefront of the hospitality industry. Now working on the groups newer Brands Marqette in Dublin Airport and Number Twenty Two at South Anne Street, Dublin 2.

The challenge here, was to retain the fun, personal and entrepreneurial spirit as the company grew. Once this was in place, brand and style guidelines followed for each individual brand within the portfolio.

Over and above this, various new business pitches were required and delivered. Team protocols and systems were also put in place and strategic direction agreed for the company into the future.
